“In January of 2022, I had planned a trip to Gatlinburg for Jackson’s birthday with the two of us and his parents. On the way there, we stopped at a beautiful vineyard in the mountains called Tsali Notch Vineyard. We stood on the hill of the vineyard with the mountains in the background taking photos. Jackson got down on one knee and pulled out the ring. We celebrated all weekend long and are excited to return!” – Aislin
