Pimento Cheese

Time Est: 5 min. | Serves: 6

  • 8 oz. Freshly Grated Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 Teaspoons Favorite Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Favorite Mayo
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Combine in a bowl, making sure to mix well. Store for up to a week. Serve with gourmet crackers, celery or crudités of your choice.
