“We met while working at a law firm. Hunter was going into his third year of law school at Alabama Law and I was going into my senior year at The University of Alabama. We became friends that summer and continued to hangout once we got back to Tuscaloosa.
The day Hunter proposed to me, he had every moment planned. We had an activity set starting at breakfast and ending with an after-dinner trip to the zoo. That afternoon, we were at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and we sat under some trees to talk. We had a very deep conversation about being a team and making sacrifices for the future. At the end of the conversation, we hugged and I jokingly asked, ‘Was that your way of proposing?’
Hunter got down on one knee and pulled out the most beautiful ring. I later found out that he had planned every moment of the day because he had no idea how he wanted to propose, so he wanted a lot of options.” – Bella

“Hunter is a secret karaoke star. His friends talked him into an impromptu song with the band, and he got up on stage in front of our guests and sang an old county western song. A lot of our guests, including his parents, had never heard him sing before. It was the highlight of the night and really got the crowd going!” – Bella
