Founder and Manager of Nationwide Coverage Music, Matt Casey, starts the party on the right note.
Q How did the band get its start?
A: I started Nationwide Coverage in 2003 with some good friends and fellow musicians. Our humble beginnings had us playing at bars and clubs in and around Birmingham. While we still call Birmingham home, we also play all over the country: Napa Valley, Jackson Hole, Chicago, NYC, Miami and more. We are truly living up to our name, Nationwide Coverage!
Q: How would you best describe the ultimate experience for your clients?
A: Well of course our clients having the best night of their lives is our number one priority. Additionally, we have a wealth of expertise behind the scenes that we share with our clients that we’ve developed over the past 20 years. We are very much a part of the planning process and work closely with event planners and coordinators to help execute our clients’ vision. We emcee the event that night and help gather details leading up to the event. Watching our clients’ dreams come true at their wedding is such a joy!
Q: What is the range of services offered by Nationwide Coverage?
A: We provide a high-energy dynamic performance on the highest level. The full band stage show is the primary feature but we often provide other additional services. These include, but not limited to: live ceremony music and all tech needs, live cocktail music ranging from solo piano to a jazz quartet, elegant dinner music, and emcee services throughout the event, including announcements, help with toasts, and always providing the highest quality wireless microphones
Q: What advice do you have for couples as they consider their event’s entertainment selection?
A: I always encourage clients to do their research. There are lots of bands out there, and there is the perfect band for each couple. We are always honored to be the band for our clients and be a part of their unforgettable night.
