Inside, guests enter through double French doors into a foyer with a barrel ceiling and chandelier.
The main venue space features tall windows, hardwood floors and a coffered ceiling, with a large picture window framing the natural beauty outside. Wedding days begin quietly in the chapel’s brightly-lit dressing room with plenty of space and mirrors for the bridal party to get ready. Ceremonies may take place inside the chapel for up to 250 guests or outdoors in the courtyard or nearby Chapel Hill Park for couples who want an open-air setting. After the ceremony, guests
often move to the courtyard for cocktails while the staff resets the interior for the reception. Others head to a tented celebration in the park.
“The chapel can accommodate many layouts of any style with its spacious, neutral interior,” Walter said. Receptions unfold easily whether couples choose dining indoors or an outdoor tent with views of the landscape. As evening settles, the chapel’s exterior lights create a romantic scene for a grand exit. “Get away down the grand front steps, through a tunnel of your loved ones, and hop in our golf cart for an unforgettable end to your momentous day,” she said.
Walter keeps the included amenities simple and helpful. “Our goal is to make the day run smoothly so you can focus on celebrating,” she said. The team handles setup and breakdown to keep the day seamless.
The surrounding community enhances the destination feel. “The venue is located in a scenic community known for its resort-style homes, lakefront living and quaint Town Center,” Walter said. Many nearby homes are available for short-term rental, including one directly across the street that bridal parties often use for getting ready. “All of the rentals are within golf cart distance and can create a destination weekend for family and friends,” she said. Several hotels, restaurants and shops are also just minutes away.
When choosing a venue, Walter encourages couples to trust their instincts. “Go through the process like trying on a dress. You want to make sure the venue fits what you are envisioning for your day,” she said.
