Amanda and Tremell’s wedding day will be their second time walking down the aisle.
They first met when they were paired together in a wedding party. When he walked her down the aisle, sparks flew. The conversation was intense and they bonded over their similarities. Both grew up in military households, and both were born overseas – Amanda born in Japan and Tremell born in Jamaica. Their time spent together was effortless. Right away they knew this was different, this was real.For a year, they worked hard to keep their long-distance relationship thriving. He lived in Virginia and she in California. Flights were booked, vacations were taken, and quality time together was cherished until one day, at a family reunion, he asked her father for her hand in marriage.During a family trip to Jamaica to celebrate a birthday and anniversary for her parents, Tremell secretly planned a special day. This day was filled with couple’s massages on the beach and a sunset dinner. Little did Amanda know, while walking toward the sunset, she was walking toward her future. As she turned around, she found Tremell kneeling on one knee as he pulled out a ring to propose! Their lives changed forever that day.
