“The story of how Reid and I met is a testament to both the Lord’s faithfulness and sense of humor. Throughout college, I would joke with my friends and say I didn’t know how I would ever meet a man when I was usually at home on the couch in my pajamas on Saturday nights. Ironically, that’s exactly where I was when Reid came in to my life. He sent me a message on Instagram, we started chatting, went on our first date to church & Taco Mama the next day, and the rest is history.

After a year and a half of dating, Reid brought me back to Crest Road, a place we visited on our first date, where we shared our first kiss, and frequently went back to during our relationship. He prayed for our future marriage, got down on a knee, and asked me to marry him – pure joy!” – Mallory

Favorite Memory

“I loved including special traditions and details in the planning of our wedding, but some of our favorite parts of our day were moments that were personal to us as a couple. Between our ceremony and reception, we took a few minutes to walk back to our first date spot, Taco Mama in Homewood, to have a drink at our regular table – so fun! We then served those pomegranate margaritas to our guests at the reception. Find a way to incorporate things that are special to you and share them with your guests!” – Mallory
