“We grew up going to the same summer camp, so we had known of each other for a long time. We had a lot of mutual friends. However, it wasn’t until a summer toward the end of college that we really became friends. We both went back to school at Auburn and started dating soon after. We continue to go back to Auburn for almost all of the football games. It was a normal weekend last fall, and I thought we were just going to have our typical weekend there. He made up some excuse about what we were going to do Friday night. I thought nothing of it and went along with his plan.
He told me we needed to eat dinner first. We picked up food and took it to the Red Barn. I thought we could just eat on the tailgate of his truck, but he finally convinced me to walk around back. He had a blanket laid out with flowers and wine glasses. Once I saw it, I couldn’t believe it. It was the sweetest evening. He also had arranged a surprise party with so many of our friends and family. Everything about that day was perfect.” – Sierra

“Everyone tells you to enjoy the wedding planning process and to soak up every second because it goes by so fast. You hear that all the time, but it couldn’t be more true. Truly try to enjoy every second of your wedding day. It can get so busy, but take the time to slow down. You’ll blink and it will be over.
I had so many amazing people surrounding me on my wedding day that were taking care of everything and making sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was so emotional because of how loved and celebrated everyone made us feel. I never wanted it to end. It will truly be the best day of your life.” – Sierra
