Joe proposed to me in December of 2020 at the Chapel at the Waters. He knew that I had dreamed of getting married there since I was a little girl. On the way to dinner one night we took a detour to the Waters to look at the Christmas decorations in the neighborhood, or so I thought. That’s when Joe led met up the stairs to the Chapel and asked the easiest question I’ve ever answered! – Savanna
