- 8 oz. Freshly Grated Sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 2 Teaspoons Favorite Hot Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Favorite Mayo
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Combine in a bowl, making sure to mix well. Store for up to a week. Serve with gourmet crackers, celery or crudités of your choice.
