The Proposal
Savannah met Harrison four years ago on a mission trip in Peru. She connected to his cheerful personality and humor immediately, and they found out they had a lot in common, such as our favorite restaurant in Birmingham, Saw’s BBQ. By the time the trip was over, Savannah knew he was the one. Their first date was the night they got back to America, at Saw’s of course.
Four years later, on June 26, 2021, Harrison planned a beautiful proposal at his family’s place on Smith Lake. From using Savannah’s favorite flowers, to the inclusion of their Golden Retriever, and a perfect dinner with their families afterwards, Savannah says she will always look back on it as one of the best nights of her life.
Savannah and Harrison will be married in fall of 2022.
